"If you doctor recommends you go to physical therapy, choose this one! I had bursitis in my hip and arthritis in my back. Most days NOW I’m pain free, unless I over stress my back walking or standing for long periods of time. And if I do over stress my back, I know which exercises will help me get back to normal. I never knew normal could be a pain free normal again! I have been living with this constant pain for so long, I forgot I could find help. They have changed my life. If you’ve ever had back pain, you understand!!"

"I've been coming in to see Savannah for a couple of weeks now and she's great! We've been working on my lower back and she's really been helping me it's already starting to feel a lot better! I've never done physical therapy before and I was kind of nervous at first to start but she's easy going and great to work with. The whole staff here is friendly and it's a fun and comfortable atmosphere. I definitely recommend coming here."

"I have never had to ever go thru physical therapy , so I wasn't sure to expect . Carline n her team have did wonders n leaps n bounds with my foot/ankle surgery from where it was broken . She has explained everything in great detail of all the stretches n excecises so I really felt comfortable . They are very compassionate n very careful with everything thst is done . "100% recovery. Came to resolve with torn rotator cuff both shoulders 4 ruptured disc's in my neck from an auto accident. The results were noticeable from the first session. It's now been over a year and still, no pain and much more mobility. I'm so thankful I didn't get operated on. Dan and his entire team are so great at what they do. Now I'm back for treatment for a stroke which effected my left leg and hands. Highly recommend Resolve PT over Dr's who want to do shots and operations that have only a 50/50 chance of success. "

"I have had PT many times throughout the Piedmont of NC. Resolve Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation of Archdale hands down has been a unique experience. They have provided the most positive results I have ever received in such a short amount of time taking PT. They have a very unique approach to PT that kind of reaches body, mind and soul without speaking of those things out loud. Staff is warm, inviting, friendly and attentive to your needs. Feels like you're an episode of Cheers where every staff member knows your name. "I started as a patient of Resolve in April of 2023 after suffering a fall on skates in March, leading to ankle surgery. I wanted a practice that was close, well reviewed, and accepting new patients. After submitting an appointment request (on the weekend), I was promptly called on Monday and scheduled for my first appointment. Coming into Resolve, I was not able to bear any weight on my ankle post-surgery but I worked with Dr. Carlie Desjardins on regaining motion in my ankle and eventually getting back on my feet. Dr. Carlie was very fun to work with. You can tell that she really enjoys her career as a PT and is a people-person. She took the time to explain to me what each exercise did and how it was going to help in my recovery. At a time when doctors and medical personnel don't spend time with patients to explain and get to know them, this is something that stuck out to me the most about Dr. Desjardins. In full honesty, all of the folks at Resolve have that quality. After 4 months of continuous therapy I've observed this with each and every member of the staff at Resolve. The clinic is always neat, clean and orderly. You can tell that the staff all work together to maintain this. "I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at Resolve in Siler City. From the first day to the last everyone there was very friendly and welcoming every time that we came. They were able to work around our crazy schedule so that my daughter did not have to miss school, practices, or games. Caroline was amazing and was able to help my daughter get her arm back to where it needed to be so she could continue playing the sports that she loves. They were open to trying lots of different exercises, techniques, and treatments to alleviate the pain in her shoulder and arm. She made sure that she was ready on her last day and gave us the materials and a list of things she could do at home so that she could continue to strengthen her arm. They told us that if we needed to come back to call and they would be happy to help us. This has been one of the best experiences we have had with PT and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy."

"I have been using Resolve Physical Therapy services post total knee replacement. The office is neat, friendly and clean. The therapists are friendly, approachable, and genuinely want to rehabilitate whatever issues you are having. Currently been under the guidance and help of Rich. He’s very sweet, very helpful, and constantly asks how exercises feel and working for his clients. He’s tough, but, no pain, no gain, right? Compared to how I felt two days after my surgery, I feel almost 100% back to normal. Still working on a couple of things, but the steps and treatment plan have me feeling great. Appointments have been easy to schedule, with options available for times that work best for me. The location in Archdale is ideal for me as I live in Trinity, just a few miles away. Highly recommend this business."

"Carlie at Resolve Physical Therapy has helped me gain my strength back in my arms and legs and I continue to improve with each visit. I was in three hospitals/rehab for 76 days from covid and was using a walker when I left the last facility. I worked with home health to get away from using the walker and my doctor sent me to Resolve to work on my strength and get me back to what I was pre-covid. I am also working to get off of oxygen. Carlie checks my blood oxygen with each activity. I recommend Resolve Physical Therapy. It is a clean and excellent facility with excellent staff!"

"Resolve Physical Therapy and the staff are truly exceptional! There is a real “at home” feeling here that makes coming to PT enjoyable. My second visit consisted of two kind ladies sharing their experience at Resolve. As I listened to these ladies (as well at the Physical Therapist) praise one another for PT goals they met for the day I was extremely encouraged! The staff are accommodating, ask questions, and listen to patient concerns. Dan has taken the time to explain all exercises in detail, show the correct procedure for completing exercises at home, and never makes me feel like a bother when asking for clarification. I feel valued and heard every time I step foot into Resolve! If you put in the work at home and try your best during each visit you will be amazed at the results! I went in unable to walk without limping due to Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. After two weeks of PT (and exercising at home) I now have neighbors commenting on how well I am getting around. This is most definitely my number one recommendation for anyone looking for a Physical Therapist!"

"I injured my back on the job. The insurance company recommended Resolve Physical Therapy. I appreciate having the same therapist each time, Dr. Dan. I was in pretty bad shape to begin with. Within a few sessions I was able to do things that I could not in the beginning. Dr. Dan devised a great program for my individual needs. I am doing much better, not only with my injury but with my overall fitness. My arthritis pain is much better because of some of the exercises that are targeted for my injury but are also working in other areas. This is a great place to go for help. The staff have all been willing to help with anything and are very kind and professional. Dr. Dan created a plan for me that mixes exercises up. Never get bored at a session. One thing to remember is don't loose count or they will start back over, LOL. Great place and people! I would highly recommend anyone that is having physical problems to go here. I will actually miss these people when PT is over!"

"Resolve Physical Therapy is the best place to go for all your therapy and rehab needs. I worked with Dr. Dan on an old shoulder injury and the results are very good. With some corrective exercises on the smaller muscles in the shoulder complex I have more range of motion without the pain that was part of my normal life before PT. Currently I am working with Richard for the rehabilitation of my left ankle and lower leg from a bad fracture. We use dry needling with EMS plus strengthening of the lower leg as a treatment. I have regained much of the ROM and some muscle is coming back from atrophy having been in a cast for 4 months. Sadly I have only one treatment left approved by insurance. I would continue to receive treatment if I could and work on many other parts of my body that have been abused over my 73 years of life."

"I have been coming for 2 months with back pain. I couldn’t walk my dog on our usual walk because of the pain it caused. I couldn’t work in my garden and was not able to travel far either. I have been working with Carrie and she has done wonders for me. I ride the bike now for 12 minutes, walk up to 1/2 of a mile, and can walk my dog without the aches and pains. I am getting stronger each time I go. I do the same activities I am working on for my appointments at home as well. Carrie will stretch a muscle also and it really does relax and length it. She is great. I would recommend it for anyone who is a beginner or working on aches and pains for awhile. You won’t believe the difference I feel in 2 short months."

In spite of my "lack of grace" reputation, I have never required physical therapy before. Luckily a quick Google search brought up Resolve as the closest facility to me. When I arrived for my first visit almost 2 months ago, Dr. Dan immediately put me at ease and we went right to work to fix my problem. When I came to PT I had extreme pain in my groin and right leg. I had bad burning in the right side of my right leg due to sciatica. Now, the burning has all but disappeared due to the therapy I have received. My hip is the problem now and will need a hip replacement to correct it, but I can sleep without pain!

Before PT: Pain particularly in the left side of my neck and stiffness in my shoulders. Would wake up every morning bit able to move my neck to the left without pain.

Now: No neck pain or regular stiffness. It is now unusual to wake up with a painful or stiff neck. The key will be to continue stretches at home regularly.

I'm Very pleased with my results. I worked primarily with Caroline but also some with Savannah. Both are excellent with explanations and encouragement.

I have had back pain for over two years and I was not able to walk in my yard for anything more than a few minutes. After back surgery last year I still had pain, and after a re-exacerbation in March I started having more pain again and pins and needles running down my leg. Before therapy I struggled going down steps or any downhill surface. I had intermittent plantar fascia pain in one foot and knee pain from a prior surgery. After therapy with Carlie, I can go downstairs and downhill with minimal support and a good pair of boots helps me when hiking. This was my 3rd PT experience since an ATV accident in June 2021. By far the best treatment plan, explanation/education and goal stetting took place here at Resolve PT. I Can Now Walk Confidently

When I came here I was non weight bearing and had very weak muscle tone in my right leg, and pain that ranged from an 8-10/10. I could not do a lot of my daily tasks, but Carlie focused on my quad and I was able to use my leg more. As we progressed, Carlie worked with me on balance, walking, and being able to negotiate stairs. As my walking progressed and my muscles cramped up, Carlie helped show me exercises to help overcome this issue.

I can now walk confidently, get up from lower surfaces, drive, and walk up and down 15 steps. Thanks so much for all of your help!

Coming to PT was great! I had stiffness in lower back and sharp pain on outer hip region. The sharp stinging pain has gone from frequent to seldom. My upper and lower regions have been strengthening. After having rotator cuff, bone spur surgery, I thought I was going to die with pain. I was so dreading PT because I could rarely move my arm at all without causing excruciating pain. I just knew PT would put me over the edge and cause my pain meds to go up. Thankfully, this was not the case here at Resolve. Dr. Dan and staff were so easy with PT, without causing a lot if pain or rarely any pain for that matter. I have recovered a lot quicker than I anticipated, thanks to Resolve. Never imagined how much PT would actually help and it did!

First time I came in Resolve, I remember trying to do an exercise and I could not do it because I was not able to make a fist nor be able to grab a tool. I was mad at myself for not being able to do it. Now I can close my hand fully into a fist with no pain! I can trim at work and do my kids hair in the morning. I never thought how much I used my left hand until I could not use it for weeks. I can do mainly everything daily with no pain, even carry my clipboard. I would say I am back to my baseline prior to my injury.

Excellent and friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Staff did well with empathy and communication. Prior to PT, I had numbness in the right foot, persistent back pain which pain medication was no longer able to manage with difficult lifting and bending. At this point, I no longer have any numbness and my back pain is mostly absent unless I am performing an activity that specifically exacerbated it. PT also taught me safer ways to move to help prevent future injuries. I would say I am back to my baseline prior to my injury.

My muscle has strengthened tremendously, my arthritic knee has loosened, and my energy level has shown improvement in my daily tasks. The balancing activities (eyes open and close, standing still, head motions– up and down, left to right, bouncing, and balance) has all shown gradual improvement and success. I can do the leg lifts, weights, and stretching activities with no problem!

My son loves coming for therapy and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

Before arriving, my son’s leg was turned out terribly. Walking through a store was rough and painful for him. I was apprehensive because my son is autistic and very ADHD. The staff at Resolve have been so amazing! They were patient and came up with all kinds of different activities to keep him engaged and interested, even when the exercises were challenging. Everyone that works here is smiling and enthusiastic. My son loves coming for therapy and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!
