Jill Powers, PTA

Jill is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. Her past three years of experience have been in a high-volume clinical setting, where she has worked extensively with post-operative and orthopedic patients.
Her career in movement began in 2014 as a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, which laid the foundation for her interest in functional movement and rehabilitation. After relocating to Greensboro, NC, Jill pursued her degree in Physical Therapist Assisting, graduating from the GTCC PTA program in 2021. Since then, she has earned certifications in Graston Technique, Level 1 Clinical Instruction, and Trigger Point Therapy (CMTPT). She is also currently advancing her training in the McKenzie Method to further enhance her clinical expertise.
Jill is known for bringing energy, compassion, and positivity to her practice, striving to make rehabilitation an encouraging and rewarding experience for every patient. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, going on family adventures, and relaxing with a good book.
